Standard Reporting

The ExpressMD™ Solution comes with standard reporting so a practitioner or caregiver can view their own patient’s vital statistics remotely over the Internet or through a Windows communications device. If any patient’s vital statistics are out of the ranges pre-set by their practitioner an alert is sent to the assigned on-call caregiver for that specific patient. The caregiver can login to ExpressMD to review and take appropriate action.

With the ExpressMD Care Plan Management service (part of Inscrybe™ Healthcare), practitioners have an interactive interface where they can input and manage their own patients’ care plans remotely while viewing the patients’ recorded vital signs online. The Care Plan Management Service enables practitioners to make adjustments to any of their patient’s medication or therapy programs from any Internet location in the world. Adjustments that the practitioner makes to a patient’s care plan are instantly updated on the patient’s Electronic House Call™ screen in their home. With Care Plan Management the practitioner can leave their patients special instructions or select educational materials and product catalogues that can help their patient manage their condition.
